Orders and Shipping
The majority of the devices we sell are used / refurbished. The condition, along with a full description of what to expect, can be found on the product page.
When available, we use OEM replacements parts for all of our devices. If OEM parts are not available we use the highest quality aftermarket parts we can find.
You can expect to receive your order in 3-6 business days when using our free shipping method. We have faster shipping methods available at checkout.
We do not keep any credit card information on file. Credit card information my be kept in the account of the payment processor you choose at checkout.
We charge a sales tax rate of 6% for all orders that are shipped to the state of Virginia only.
We can ship to just about any country. Shipping costs may vary for international orders.
Your items will likely come in one package, but may come in multiple packages if you order accessories, or if the items are at separate locations. If you items come in separate packages you will receive a tracking number for each individual package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Devices may be returned for a refund within 30 days . A restocking fee of 20% may be held from the refund to cover payment processing fees.
If you received the wrong item please reach out to us and we will assist you in getting the proper device out to you.
Unfortunately we are not able to secure OEM parts for some devices so this is always a possibility when purchasing a refurbished product from anywhere other than the manufacturer.
Orders that arrive damaged are only eligible for compensation if shipping insurance was purchased by the customer at checkout.

For your convenience, we can also provide a prepaid return label that can be printed and used to send the products back. The cost of the label may be deducted from the refund.

We are unable to edit a shipping address once the order has been processed. If we have not processed the order yet we can cancel the order and the order can be replaced with an updated shipping address. All cancelled orders will incur a 5% fee, which will be taken from the refund, to cover payment process fees.
