Handling Time

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

All orders will be processed and shipped withing the following time frames:

Devices: 1-2 business days (usually same day)
Repairs: 1-5 days 
Warranty Repairs: 1-5 days
Warranty Exchanges: 1-5 days

Please Note: These are the usual time frames in which we process orders. These times aren’t guaranteed as extenuating circumstances may delay the processing time.

Cut Off Time

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Shipments are made Monday – Saturday at 4PM eastern. All shipments processed after this time will be sent out the next business day.

Shipping Options

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

The list of shipping services we offer along with their estimated delivery times and prices are as follows:

USPS First Class ($0) – 1 to 5 business days.
USPS Priority ($15) – 1 to 3 business days
USPS Express ($35) – 1 to 2 business days
UPS 2 Day Air ($30) – 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air ($50) – 1 business day

Please Note: These shipping times are just estimates provided by the carrier and are not something we can guarantee. Unfortunately sometimes mail gets delayed and we do not have any control over that.

Insurance & Coverage

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Shipping insurance is to be paid for by the buyer in all shipping scenarios. Wisephone ER will not insure any shipment sent unless requested and paid for by the buyer. Wisephone ER will not cover any orders, returns, or repairs that are marked as delivered but are claimed to have not been received by the customer. In the event that a device that was purchased from us is lost in transit, Wisephone ER will contact the carrier used to ship the device and have them open an investigation. If the package has not been found no earlier than 14 days after the investigation was opened the customer will be refunded in full.  In order to receive a refund in this scenario the customer must provide us with a signed copy of our lost shipment form (contact us for it) and a photocopy of their ID. This only covers shipments sent from Wisephone ER to the customer. In the event that the customer sends a package to us (repair, return, trade-in ect), Wisephone ER will not cover the cost of the device if it is not received for any reason.

Trade Ins

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

All customers making trade ins to Wisephone ER will have the following shipping options:
– We will send you a prepaid label to use to mail the device to us.
– We will send you a box with all required shipping materials needed (bubble wrap, shipping label, ect) to mail the device to us.
– You may ship the device to us using your preferred method at your own cost.

There will be no additional value added to the trade in if the customer ships the device themselves.

Repairs / Returns / Warranty Work

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

All customers sending their device in for repairs will have the following shipping options:
– We will send you a prepaid label to use to mail the device to us.
– We will send you a box with all required shipping materials needed (bubble wrap, shipping label, ect) to mail the device to us.
– You may ship the device to us using your preferred method at your own cost.

There is no discount available if the customer ships the device themselves.

Prepaid Labels

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Wisephone ER will provide a prepaid label (USPS First Class Only) to the customer in the following scenarios.

– The customer is trading in a device.
– The customer is sending a device back for any type of warranty work.

Please Note: If the customer is sending a device back for warranty work and the issue is found to not be covered under warranty upon inspection, the charges incurred for the prepaid label service must be paid prior to us sending the device back or performing any work on it.

Payments:

By doing business with Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

All shipping costs to be paid by the customer are due up front at the time of purchase. Any and all refunds, returns, or cancellations will be handled in accordance with, and are subject to, the policies outlined on our returns, refunds, and cancellations page.
