What Can't Be Returned
The return period is 30 days and starts the moment your order is placed.
You can bring the device to any Wisephone ER location for immediate service. Alternatively, you can request an RMA via our support portal.
Damage during shipment is only covered if you chose to insure the shipment at checkout. If you chose to insure your device please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping company.
Returns are typically processed the day they are received but can take up to 5 business days under certain circumstances.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are due to buyers remorse. This helps us cover the cost of payment processing.
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be returned to your account. If you do not see your refund after 5 business days, please contact us directly so we can figure out what the issue is.
We do not accept returns for devices sold as new in box. Any issues with devices must be handled by going through the manufacturer of the device.
We do not accept returns on any products that have been damaged by the user for any reason, regardless of any issues that may have been present with the device prior to the damage.
You should be able to remove your account from the device remotely depending on the device you have. Please contact us and we will guide you through it.
Please Note: We will not be able to process a refund until a customers accounts and information are completely removed from any returned device.
We can replace the device in question with any item we have in stock. If the replacement item costs more than the item being returned, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is of a lesser value, we will refund the customer the difference.
